How do I start?

To begin, use the contact form on this site. Once registration and payment are complete, you’ll receive a unique link to your dashboard.

How much information do I need to provide?

All information is collected through your personal dashboard with interactive, guided questions tailored to your previous responses. Each question includes examples and explanations to assist you.

How long time does it take to complete?

The form is divided into several sections, allowing you to save and return as needed. There are around 200-250 questions, many of which can be answered quickly. If your information is readily available, the process typically takes about 3 hours.

What happens after I submit the forms?

Your responses are reviewed and audited manually as part of the certification process. Once this is complete, you will receive your ESG and Carbon certificate within 30 days.

For how long is the certificate valid?

The certificate is valid for 12 months. 

Will I get a printed certificate?

You’ll receive a PDF certificate and a digital badge via email. We encourage digital storage to support environmental sustainability.

How can I update my report?

You can update your information at any time during the 12-month validity period. A new certificate can be issued upon request (additional charges apply). Typically, updates are made annually.
